The master of jawdropping lightwind freestyle magic, Bonaire's Caesar Finies, will be competing at the second annual East Coast Windsurfing Festival at Hecksher State Park, June 6-7. The bar has just been raised Big Time! Of course Long Island counters with the reigning King of the East Mike Burns, along with LI expat Chachi Sassone. Along with Caesar comes blonde super windurf kid Ezri Heymans. Caesar's girlfriend Fra comes and perhaps windsurf shop guy Frederick...it's going to be a Bonaire reunion. See ya all there...
