Sebastian, the seas will probably be too big at the Bowl tomorrow. Also if the wind is North East it doesn't work well (ENE, E, and ESE) are optimal.
The good spots on NE for tomrrow are Napeague, Gardiners Bay, and (during outgoing tide) North Sea Road and Towd Point.
