good info, Michael..

I almost drowned a couple years ago. I had no energy to wave my arms. I had no extra breath to yell at my friends watching from up on the rocks. I just barely could breath between big waves, and just barely keep my head out of the water. I couldn't even really swim - just sort of tread water, inching closer to the rocks. Scary stuff - thanks for posting the reminders.
