hi Micheal, hope you feel better. you aren't a rockette. but have a Happy Holiday from PR. jh

Hamstring injuries can be brutal. I am a big runner and also a windsurfer. I pulled/ruptured my hamstring waterskiing 2 years ago. I waited 3 to 4 months but it was not healing. I went to an ortho, had an MRI and eventually needed to go through several months of PT to get it back to normal. For severe hamstring tears, surgery can also be recommended. Thanks.

Thanks for the info, John O. I'm at about 90% now, and am comfortable that the last 10% will come. It's helpful that it's January!

"It's good to have a shredmobile" my friend Caldwell said, so I made one. It's a Ford E150 cargo van done up with lumber and k-mart plastic boxes.
