Jonas Ceballos of Spain getting dream air at the World Cup wave event at Cabo Verde. Click on the photo for the full effect.
There's a cornucopia of outstanding photos and videos at the PWA's event gallery...I don't recall the PWA having such great stuff in the past (or maybe I wasn't looking) but in any event the imagery is tremendous.
Josh Angulo won the wave event. Next up in the World Cup: Indoor sailing in Athens, Apr 21 - Apr 22.

Wow, incredible shot, definitely dream air. It reminded me of this shot: http://www.flickr.com/photo_zoom.gne?id=4838129&size=o , but the difference in air is pretty huge.
BTW, check out what Kevin Pritchard is saying about getting snaked by Josh Angulo at Cabo: http://kevinpritchardwindsurfing.blogspot.com/2007/02/what-event.html

The flickr shot is outstanding. It reminds ME of the old Naish poster, with Robby soaring at Jaws. This photo looks like Jaws too, no?
Read Kevin's comments. Do you know what he means by "snaked"?

I was thinking "stole" but here's something more thorough from a google search. From: http://www.flyingfishonline.com/sports/surfing/743.asp -->
snake - paddling around behind someone who is already in position and stealing their wave. Effectively the snake is taking ownership of the wave by being the closest rider to the breaking portion of the wave.
Funny that the same google search yielded an account of KP also getting snaked at the 2006 Super-X. http://www.neilpryde.com/events/pwa/congratulations-to-antoine-albeau-super-x-world-champion.html (see race 6).
