Ha ha what fun! Those rail rides - if you could do one of those you were IT! And as for the booms - I used to have an enormous gap between the clue of my ''storm'' sail and the boom end on ''windy'' days (windy at that time was when you could see the odd white cap forming).

That is the greatest link ever! I just spent an hour and a half watching those old Robert Masters Videos. What memories. For me the late 70's early 80's were a special time. Anything was possible, everything was new. And windsurfing was the coolest.
