Did I leave it at Napeague last week? I don't know, but as much as one can be distraught about the loss of a $6, 18 year old tool, I am. If you've seen/found my old clam cleat (notable for the orange line tied to it, to make it easier to spot and NOT LOSE) please let me know, thanks!

I feel with you, I lost mine not quite old as yours, but a bit old Downhaul Cleat in west Australia for some years ago. Typical I was used to have it with me together with all other a bit more necessary gear such as the bace and so on. After that I only use my trapeze hook! Hope you find your old Downhaul Cleat! Cross my fingers for it!
