it was the wrong call for that direction...it was supposed to turn.oh well my bad!

Well I've seen it at least! For me on a SW or WSW day when we're not in the ocean, Tiana Bay or Mecox or even South Jamesport makes more sense. But: gotta sail wherever the Puffin/Windchimp collective is!

Sounds like our bay in a southerly. Always nice to get wet though :)

Try some regular cheap dishwashing gloves! They bunch up a bit, but once you learn to ignore that they work surprisingly well. What do you have to lose, $1.69?

My Mystic gloves work as well as any, Spennie...the water is 38 degrees.

Scott told stories of waves breaking inside the Moriches Inlet the day before. I'll be back again in the hopes of experiencing them first hand. Also noticed a nice looking Ice Cream shop en route, another reason to return. Just saying...

Yeah well the waves on the outside were reported 8-10 feet, so it's going to have to be quite the day for it all to line up. But yes I'll join you.

Ha. I read Christian's comment about the ice cream shop and I thought "Ice cream? Really?"

And then I realized that someday it will actually be summer again.

"It's good to have a shredmobile" my friend Caldwell said, so I made one. It's a Ford E150 cargo van done up with lumber and k-mart plastic boxes.
